1. Is my product in stock?  If it says In Stock, it’s in stock.  We operate a live tracking system which means our physical stock is represented accurately on our website: if it's shown as being in stock on our site that means that we have the item in stock and ready for shipping. 
  2.  When will my item be shipped?  This will depend on your shipping selection at checkout.  We have the following shipping options:  UPS, USPS, DHS, ePacket, and FedEx guaranteeing the following:  Next day delivery, 1-3 business days, or 7-day guarantee.
  3.  What is your Refund Policy?  We offer a full refund policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, if it is in the original condition, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Refund policies are extended over the Christmas period to allow your recipient to make up their mind.
