RETURNS AND POLICIES

Full Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, if it is in the original condition, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Refund policies are extended over the Christmas period to allow your recipient to make up their mind.

Customers may return any defective products or items damaged in shipping. We guarantee to replace any defective items shipped at our expense.

If you are experiencing a problem with one of our products – please feel free to call one of our customer service representatives at 800-253-0928 between the hours of 10 am to 9 pm CST Mon – Sat; and 12 – 6 pm CST on Sunday.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time of order.  We ship Monday – Friday. We offer several shipping options including expedited shipping. These options are presented when you calculate your shipping:

  • USPS Priority mail
  • USPS Express (overnight delivery)
  • FedEx
  • DHS
  • ePacket (if available)

Orders that have items with Free Shipping offers will be shipped via ePacket. If you wish to expedite an item that offers Free Shipping, you can choose a faster shipping method during checkout.

You can check the status of your order by checking the e-mail you received when you submitted your order for login information.


DELIVERY POLICIES

  1. Delivery Notifications
    You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been shipped.  This email contains the tracking number, so you can track it online right to your door.  In the event of a delay, World of Crazy LLC will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.

    2. Postage method
    All orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, and/or FedEx.  The customer will determine the postage method at checkout.  The delivery options are as follows: UPS, USPS, and FedEx guaranteeing the following:  Next day delivery, 1-3 business days, or 7-day guarantee.

3. Missed deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt.  This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local post office.  Due to security reasons, all items sent by our 'Express' delivery method require a signature.

4. Delivery to business addresses

World of Crazy does allow delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours (e.g. at reception) who can sign for delivery on your behalf.
